Katie is a film, arts, and entertainment executive who began developing projects at 1Community, a production and co-finance company that uses the power of storytelling to drive real-world impact. She has successfully shepherded projects for three, independent, Emmy-nominated production companies, drawing on years of agency/industry experience spanning international film finance, creative development, talent management, production, distribution, acquisitions, and branded campaigns.

Recent credits include LOST IN THE JUNGLE (2025), directed by Juan Camilo Cruz and Academy Award winning directors, Elizabeth Chai Vasarhelyi and Jimmy Chin; NONNAS (2025), directed by Stephen Chbosky and starring Vince Vaughn, Linda Cardellini, Susan Sarandon, Joe Manganiello, and Talia Shire; and WINNER (2024), directed by Susanna Fogel and starring Emilia Jones, Connie Britton, Zach Galifianakis, Kathryn Newton, and Danny Ramirez. Katie also supported the financing and release of two Tony-nominated productions: Selina Fillinger’s POTUS (2022) and the Broadway revival of Ntozake Shange’s FOR COLORED GIRLS (2022).
